1. The service

Mindbuilder provides tools to describe, generate, refine, export, and manage software applications with AI assistance. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the platform.

3. Plans, billing, and taxes

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase or renewal. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Mindbuilder.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or bypass usage limits.
• Do not use the service to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law.
• Do not submit malware or content that violates privacy or intellectual property rights.

5. Your content and generated output

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Mindbuilder a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service.

Subject to your compliance with these terms and third-party model provider terms, you may use generated application code and assets for your projects. Output may be imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing, testing, and deploying anything you ship.

6. Mindbuilder intellectual property

The Mindbuilder platform, branding, documentation, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you.

7. Third-party services

The product may integrate with third-party services (for example authentication, hosting, payments, or AI providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that generated systems will be error-free or meet every requirement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindbuilder and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Mindbuilder against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last updated” date on this page will reflect material revisions.
